Currently comics are used at Finnish schools in teaching. In the recent years many teachers who have graduated have also been taught to use comics as a vehicle for learning. However the general guidebooks have been non-existent. Comics are suitable for teaching in every culture. It is cheap: you need only pen and paper. It can also be combined to almost every subject. Since children obviously like comics the threshold for adapting is very low.
